At Lifetrybe, every garment is custom printed on demand, meaning we create each piece specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this unique production process, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless there is a fault with the product.
We take great care to ensure premium quality, accurate printing, and durable materials, but in the rare case that an issue arises, we’ve got you covered.
OUR POLICY AT A GLANCE
✔ Faulty or Damaged Items? We’ll replace or refund them.
✖ Wrong Size or Change of Mind? Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
✔ Problem with your order? Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Each LFTB-branded and Lifetrybe-branded item is custom printed when you order, ensuring:

🚀 Fast & efficient shipping – Direct-to-print production eliminates unnecessary inventory storage and speeds up the process.
Because of this, all sales are final unless there is a defect in the product.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS? WE’LL MAKE IT RIGHT.
We stand by our quality, but if you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Defective in any way
📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
✅ Your order number
✅ A photo of the faulty item
✅ A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Since our printing process begins immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are in production. Please make sure all details are correct before completing checkout.
